WHAT IS KICKBOXERCISE?
Kickboxercise classes take the physical fitness aspects of martial arts training and combine them with varied aerobic & anaerobic workouts to provide a diverse, engaging and dynamic exercise class suitable for a wide range of people.
There is no grading syllabus, sparring or competitions to worry about, just dynamic, high intensity exercises used to engage your core muscles, improve your flexibility and get you moving.
Sessions normally begin with an intense warm up and stretching to ensure your body is suitably prepared. The primary part of the session is dedicated to aerobic and anaerobic fitness, incorporating punching, kicking and pad work to get you working as hard as possible to achieve your goals,
