What to expect in an LSK Martial Arts Class


All martial arts classes and clubs are different, every instructor has their own style of teaching and most organisations have a unique syllabus to work from.


LSK Martial Arts & Fitness is based on over 40 years of experience in Kickboxing, Boxing, Sport Karate, and Lau Gar Kung Fu. We run Kickboxing, Karate, Boxing and Fitness classes in Northamptonshire and Leicestershire, 7 days a week. Here's five things you can expect to find in our classes:


Welcoming & Friendly:


We pride ourselves on creating fun, enjoyable community clubs where anyone and everyone is made to feel welcome, regardless of background, fitness level or ability.


Professional Coaching:


Classes are exclusively taught by experienced, qualified, insured and safeguarding approved coaches.


Tailored Sessions:


Exercises and drills are tailored to every person in a class. This means everyone benefits from every class.


Varied Teaching:


Although key elements of the syllabus are covered often in order to learn them properly, various parts of a class are different every time to enable more learning and engagement.


Progression:


The most important aspect of our classes is progression, firstly, progression of techniques and drills throughout a session. But even more so, progression of students on their chosen path, be that through the traditional grading system, or in competition as an athlete.
