LSK Martial Arts & Fitness represents a dedicated and professional group of athletes with the desire to offer accessible and effective martial arts lessons and fitness classes in the community.

Freestyle Kickboxing and Sport Karate are some of the most popular and fastest growing sports in the world. Our syllabus combines the discipline of martial arts with the athleticism and skill of Kickboxing and Boxing.
