Desborough, Northamptonshire, is a large town close to Kettering, Corby and Northampton. Here we hold a weekly mixed kickboxing & karate class.

Freestyle Kickboxing and Sport Karate classes are perfect for anyone from any background, any fitness or ability level. Usually consisting of a warm up / fitness work, flexibility / stretching, basic and advanced techniques, pad work and self defence.
