FAMILY KICKBOXING
Our Family Kickboxing classes are a great way for the whole family to get active and learn some valuable self-defense skills! The classes are open to all ages from 7+, and all abilities are welcome. We also offer a family discount for those signing up together. Come join us and have some fun!

Joining a kickboxing class is easy! You can pay as you go, book online, or sign up for a subscription plan. We offer free trials for all new members, so you can make sure it's the right fit for you before committing.
