Freestyle Kickboxing and Sport Karate classes are perfect for anyone from any background. Usually consisting of a warm up / fitness work, flexibility / stretching, basic and advanced techniques, pad work and self defence.

Our market harborough classes are on every Tuesday evening:

Junior Kickboxing - 6.00-7.00pm

Mixed Kickboxing & Karate - 7.00-8.00pm

Padwork & Sparring Class - 8.00-9.00pm
