LSK Martial Arts & Fitness is a professional provider of freestyle Kickboxing, Sport Karate and Fitness classes dedicated to helping our members reach their goals. Our experienced and qualified coaches bring decades of experience to the table, including world champion titles. We offer classes seven days a week and strive to create an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere.
We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to learn how to defend themselves, while gaining confidence and physical fitness. Our goal is to equip our members with the skills and knowledge they need to reach their highest potential.

We hold a number of different classes in multiple locations to suit a variety of requirements. From Freestyle Kickboxing and Sparring Classes for the serious martial artist to Circuit Training for more casual exercisers! We have class locations across Northamptonshire & Leicestershire including Kettering, Corby, Rothwell, Desborough, Geddington and Market Harborough.
Our sessions are open to all ages, abilities and backgrounds. We have instruction available for beginners, intermediate and advanced levels.

Join LSK Martial Arts & Fitness with flexible subscription packages designed to save time, money and hassle. Switching your payment to a monthly subscription allows us to concentrate on providing professional martial arts classes in Northamptonshire & Leicestershire.
We have at least one class, every day, 7 days of the week. We are also in multiple locations and venues throughout the week to ensure we remain as accessible as possible.
Our friendly and welcoming classes are open to anyone, with any fitness level and any skill level.
